Aetas Security will bill, and Client will pay, actual, documented travel and living expenses incurred by Aetas Security to perform the Services. Aetas Security agrees to use Client’s negotiated rates at preferred hotels or extended stay facilities for housing its personnel while performing the Services in the vicinity of Client locations if preferred locations are specified prior to the execution of the SOW.

In addition, travel and living expenses:

• Will include the use of economy-class airfare within Canada and the continental United States; and

• For meals, will not exceed the IRS guidelines in effect at the time Services are provided without Client’s prior written approval.

​Aetas Security agrees to make travel reservations promptly after Client signs the SOW to perform the Services. Should the engagement require onsite services, such onsite activities are subject to potential travel restrictions or limitations that are outside the control of Aetas Security.
